Cardiovascular Test

Qualitative Diagnostic of Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol in human serum samples. Hipro's LDL-C test is mainly used for auxiliary diagnosis of hypercholesterolemia, coronary heart disease, and atherosclerosis clinically.

  • After joining R2, the esterification of low-density lipoprotein cholesterol by lipase hydrolysis produce cholesterol, cholesterol oxidation of cholesterol by cholesterol oxidase, produced by H2O2 and 4-amino anti than Lin and N, N-dimethyl toluidine between reaction quinone dye, the reaction produces the change of light intensity is proportional to the sample in low-density lipoprotein cholesterol.
  • The content of the object to be measured in the sample is calculated by the standard curve.
